• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing. Inactive accounts may be charged an inactivity fee of up to ৳100 per month after 12 months of no activity.

Jeetu In Shall not be held liable in the following cases:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet disconnection
• Delayed transactions due to third-party payment providers
• Losses due to unexpected server downtime or maintenance
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or a compromised password
• Unspecified technical errors beyond our control
